• Tiramisu-style log : coffee cream, coffee praline, mascarpone and Amaretto ganache, light coffee mousse, Genoa bread and feuillantine (4 people: €36, 8 people: €62).
• Vanilla, pear and caramel log : vanilla mousse, pear and caramel marmalade, Genoa bread and white chocolate feuillantine (4 people: €36, 8 people: €62).
